I’m Lauren, a Southern California photographer based in Ventura County, serving Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Orange County.

Growing up in Southern California, I always knew I wanted a creative career. I always dreamed of driving off to fashion school queue the Hills theme song (my fellow millennial's will get me). However, business school in San Diego was where my path started and I met my husband Mike there, so you could say it was meant to be. He’s got the kindest heart (and the way he crunches numbers is one of the things I love about him the most). We married in 2017, and after starting our family in 2021, life with our two girls and our pup, Olive, has been full of both fast and tender moments. That season of life, along with my love for creating, is what inspired me to start documenting these meaningful years for other families.

If you love timeless images, cozy, memory-filled moments, and a laid-back, genuine approach, we’ll get along just fine. These days, I’m usually doing something crafty with my girls, getting a little competitive with racket sports or enjoying a good glass of wine. Although coffee is the real MVP these days.

Having experienced motherhood myself and my love for creating, I was inspired to start capturing those early years for other families.
