There is nothing dreamier than sunset photos and this sunset family session in Thousand Oaks is what I dream of when I photograph. Getting the day to be this perfect and finding that (spot on) golden hour moment is key and we did it for this family session! It totally helps that these three are so sweet and the way these parents love on their sweet boy is too darn cute for words.

We started their session off down by where you can get a really amazing view of the local mountains. They were showing off during our shoot with the perfect amount of green popping through. I always have to grab a landscape shot to showcase this beautiful location. Whenever I am at Wildwood Park it is so peaceful, fresh and changes all year long. It’s the absolute best spot for those dreamy, creamy-golden tones!

This sweet boy was so smiley and lovable throughout our session, can we even handle this sweet face? You could tell he had such a kind and honest little soul, I had such a great time meeting him and capturing his sweetness.

Mom and dad were such naturals too! I barely had to walk them through the posing process, those darling forehead kisses are everything! This tickles, giggles and laughs make for the best moments captured.

We ended the evening walking the gorgeous pathways that lead us to the main area of the park. It was a perfect evening and we captured that glow SO well, it was the epitome of golden hour vibes. Those golden rays plus the texture and movement of the pathways at Wildwood Park made for such a beautiful sunset family session in Thousand Oaks.
